out by the destination marketing organisation to promote and sell
one of the world’s most famous cities.

Andrew will offer a presentation
highlighting the role of events and experiential marketing to such
a high-profile brand, including the use and analysis of recent
case studies.

(Lord's Cricket Ground), Rob Davidson (University of
Westminster)
Topic: Sustainability and Events
The critical topic of sustainability will be addressed by
Russell Seymour of Lord’s Cricket Ground, one of the first
conference venues to have created and implemented a stringent
sustainability policy for events. Anne Hayes of the British
Standards Institute (BSI) and Rob Davidson of Westminster
University will lead discussions on this issue.

and future prospects of the events job market, as well as giving
useful advice and hints on how to increase your chances of success

British Professional Conference Organisers (ABPCO)

Paul Cook will be talking about the
role of associations in the formation and development of the events
management profession. As a keen supporter and promoter of
student engagement with associations, Paul will be sharing some of
his ideas with the audience on how to create great networking
opportunities.

Speaker: Ziad Raphael
Nassar - O Events, Byblos, Lebanon
Topic: Luxury Events
Design
Ziad will be discussing the importance
of creative event design and its impact on a wide range of event
objectives. He will be sharing his experience of putting together
some of the most luxurious events in Saudi-Arabia and Lebanon, and
the challenges of organising international events. As Créateur
D'ambiance, Ziad gives all his events the wow factor like no one
else.

Altitude 360 London
Altitude 360 London is situated in the heart of
Westminster, next to the London Eye, The Houses of Parliament
and The River Thames. The venue commands stunning views over all of
London and prominent landmarks. It is a perfect venue for corporate

Craven Cottage, Fulham Football Club
Take the opportunity to visit one of the Premier League’s most
historic and scenic grounds, and experience the unusual event
spaces on offer to event planners at a leading sporting venue. A
tour of the stadium will be conducted with a member of the Club’s
events team, with discussions on previous events held at the ground
and how to gain maximum added value through unique venue selection.

London Eye
Experience the amazing London Eye
flight, a top UK visitor attraction with over 3.5 million visits a
year. Each capsule provides a unique view of the city of up to 40
kilometres in all directions. The flight will be accompanied by a
talk from a London Eye Event Manager. Subject to a voluntary
contribution towards the Forum’s nominated charity. Maximum 40
delegates per day.

highlighting the venue's exciting events spaces, and will
provide examples of how venue selection can make your event truly

St Paul's Cathedral
One of London's most iconic landmarks
will be hosting a visit and talk to Forum delegates. The
architectural masterpiece of Sir Christopher Wren, St Paul's
Cathedral, offers a unique venue in the heart of the City for
Corporate Events. Maximum 35 delegates.
Events Forum Gala Dinner
The Hilton London Metropole hotel,
Europe's largest conference hotel, is hosting this year's Gala
Dinner. The dinner will include a charity auction and
prize raffle, Events Forum awards, and entertainment
performances against a magical atmosphere of sound and lighting.
Donations raised on the night will be in aid of Macmillan
Cancer Support, with members of the charity's events team in
attendance to share some of their experiences of organising
high-profile events for charitable causes.
