international language, with more than 400 million speakers in over
20 countries (including over 40 million in the US).
Why
Combine Spanish and International Business?
Studying our BA (Hons) International Business
with Spanish course will secure you a strong place in the global
labour market, granting your international business career the
opportunity to flourish in Europe, the Americas and the wider
world.
How will my international business career benefit from my
speaking Spanish?
With
sustained growth rates, Spain is one of the fastest growing
economies in the
Eurozone. In addition,
the Latin American economies are benefiting from regional trade
agreements such as
NAFTA (TLCAN) and
MERCOSUR,
and have sustained regional economic growth through the global
financial crisis (albeit at lower levels than
before).
Our BA (Hons) International
Business with Spanish course will grant you access to
this burgeoning trade area through study abroad placements at our
partner universities and the opportunity to arrange work experience
placements in the region.
You will spend two semesters
studying international business in Spanish at one of 10
universities in Spain (including
Universidad de
Barcelona) or nine others across Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Peru
and Uruguay, depending on your business major.
