Aleks entered the oil brokerage in 2003 as a junior trader
with no prior involvement in the industry and armed only
with his EBSL degree.
He quickly rose to the top. Last year he set up Caliber Oil,
which, in just 12 months, has become one of Europe's
top five in its market sector.
So how did EBSL give him the arsenal to succeed on the fierce
oil industry competitive battlegrounds?
